Delivery Policy

The Cover Company delivers throughout Australia to PO box’s, business and residential addresses. We offer international shipping to customers in New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada & The United States.  For specific international pricing please contact us via: live chat, email, online enquiry.

Ready Made Covers :  Most ready made covers are in stock available for immediate delivery, please note however due to lockdowns in N.S.W & VIC Aust Post is experiencing delays. Please allow an addtional 2 days for express post and 2 – 4 days for regular post.

Custom Made Covers: Our production facility has just come out of a prolonged Covid lockdown. Due to the large volume of covers on backorder the anticipated lead time is currently 7 – 8 weeks.  (Usually 3 – 4 weeks )

 Australia Wide Delivery

 In-stock covers will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and N.S.W public holidays. Delivery times can vary from 1 – 6 business days depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Tracking – Ready Made Covers

Within 12 hours of your order has been dispatched you will receive a separate email from Australia post with a link to track the delivery. Australia post can take 1 business day to update the parcel’s initial movement. The Cover Company will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as delays due to bush fire, flooding, natural disasters or transport strikes.

Custom Made Cover Orders

Custom made covers will be made and finished within 7 – 12 business days after approval of drawing and then air shipped to Australia where a final inspection will take place prior to dispatching the order to you. The total lead-time for custom made covers is usually 3 – 4 weeks.   Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery to Non Capital cities and rural areas. Upon your custom made cover being dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a separate email from our freight company (Smart Send/Transdirect) with the tracking details for delivery. The progress of your custom made cover can be updated on the bottom right hand side of this website. Simply enter your email and order number.

Custom Made Cover Delays

On rare occasions shipments can be delayed due to Customs and peak production times. Should your order be delayed by more than 14 days  you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note this refund does not apply once the order has been dispatched to you within Australia.

Backordered Items

On the odd occasion a product is out of stock, it will appear on the product page including estimated date of arrival. The out of stock item will be shipped to you the moment it becomes available. Please note this is an estimate only and we are unable to guarantee it will arrive at this time if due to circumstances are outside our control.

Orders of both in stock & backordered items will be dispatched / delivered to you as they arrive into stock. Should your order be delayed by more than 14 days you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note this refund is not available once the goods have already been dispatched to you within Australia.
