DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Throughout Australia
Ready made covers in stock at our Sydney warehouse will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can vary from 2 – 3 business days.
In the event that the cover is not in stock in our Sydney warehouse, the cover will be dispatched from the factory directly to you, and will arrive within 10 – 14 days of order. All ready made covers will clearly state on the product page if they are being dispatched directly from the factory.
Custom Made Cover Orders
Custom made covers will be made and finished within 5 – 7 business days after approval of drawing and then air shipped direct. The standard lead time for custom made covers is 4 weeks. With the Priority Express lead time option, you’ll have your custom-made cover within as little as 10 to 14 days. Upon your custom made cover being dispatched you will receive a separate email with the tracking details for delivery. The progress of your custom made cover can be tracked on the bottom right hand side of this website. Simply enter your email and order number.
Custom Made Cover Delays
On rare occasions shipments can be delayed due to Customs and peak production times. Should your order be delayed by more than 14 days you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note this refund does not apply once the order has been dispatched to you.
