Yes, you can return your ready made cover for a store credit that is valid for 12 months. You can lodge a return request within 7 days of receiving delivery.
Custom made covers and search by retailer covers cannot be return for the purpose of change of mind or wrong size ordered.
Note: We will reply to your return request with an inbound authorisation number. Please do not send any parcel to the warehouse without first receiving an inbound number prior. Deliveries without an inbound number can be incorrectly allocated within the warehouses and may not be refunded.
Ready Made Covers can be returned providing the request is lodged within 7 days of receiving delivery for a store credit.
Simply fill the form out below with your order details or email with the below information required. Within two business days of the return request being lodged with a return authorisation number so the warehouse can process the return successfully.
Please do not return cover without return authorisation number as it can result in the parcel been misallocated and the credit being forfeited.
Please note a restocking fee of $29 will be deducted from the store credit, this amount is to cover the cost involved in: checking the returned cover, repackaging, restocking the returned cover. Original delivery is non refundable and the return postage cost is borne by the customer.

Your store credit will be issued within 5 business days of the order being received into the warehouse. The store credit is valid for 12 months from date of original order.
