My custom made covers arrived sooner than the ‘4 weeks’ stated to make and ship them, which was great.
Packaging was superb, very robust.
I had a query and chat to a customer services agent via messages, (definitely not AI, which was so refreshing) and he sorted out my query very quickly and even popped another couple of cover bags in my order.
Order process was quick and easy. Mine were custom made, so I had to make sure to measure precisely and when the covers arrived they fit perfectly.
Quality it lovely, thick material, very well made, waterproof and look great. The elasticated bottom and ties for the legs will make sure that the covers will stay out in strong winds.
These will protect my furniture for years to come.
