Measure the overall width of your grill hood from the left-hand side to the right-hand side. Be sure to include any protruding sections, such as a rotisserie attachment.
Measure the deepest part of the built-in grill from back to front. Start at the furthest point, allowing for any curved or protruding elements such as the hood handle or rear rotisserie burner.
Measure from the top of the bench to the highest point of the grill hood.
1. Enter All Measurements Accurately: Please enter measurements into every field.
2. Do Not Add Leeway: Do not add any allowance to your measurements. The product page automatically calculates the appropriate leeway based on the size and displays it for you.
3. Use Centimetres Only: Measurements must be entered in centimetres only. For example: enter 100 for 100 cm.
4. Fabric Specification: Covers are manufactured using 200gsm heavy-duty waterproof material that has been laboratory tested for durability. Heavy-Duty refers to performance, not weight.
5. Confirming Measurements: Measuring is straightforward, but accuracy is important. Please double-check all measurements before ordering — it is suggested to have a friend or family member review the measurements. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect measurements provided.
6. Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover merchant charges and administration costs. After the 24-hour period has passed, orders cannot be cancelled.
7. Expert Review, Design, Draw & Consultation: If you select the Optional Expert Review, Design, Drawing & Consult and later decide to cancel your order after the drawing has been sent, the consultation fee is not refundable.
8. Orders Without Expert Review: If you do not select the expert review option, your order will be sent directly to production based solely on the measurements and details entered when placing the order online. Any additional information or communication — whether before, during, or after the order is placed — will not be implemented.
9. Delivery Address Accuracy: Ensure delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. A redelivery fee of $19 may apply due to an incorrect address being provided. We cannot be held responsible for missing parcels when an incorrect address has been supplied.
10. Custom Orders Are Final: Custom-made covers are produced specifically to your measurements, colour selections, and chosen details. For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned.
11. Automatic Dispatch: Due to high order volumes, we are unable to delay or postpone dispatch. Custom-made covers are shipped automatically as soon as production is complete.
12. Custom Template Design: This cover is made to your exact measurements — the design is fixed as shown. Other than the Size, colour and optional accessories shown, the design cannot be changed. Need design changes? Contact us with photos for a 100% Bespoke Cover instead of ordering online.
13. What’s Included: Your cover will include only the design, features and specifications listed or selected on the product page. Any design, feature or accessory not shown on the product page will not be included with your cover.
